Default Bumper is sagging on drivers side

Any one know how to adjust the front bumper on these 2008's? There is about a 2" difference under the headlight between the passenger side and drivers side. Everyone lets me know my front bumper is sagging.

I checked the two pdf files and searched on bumper, fog light and etc but didn't find anything to show how these bumpers attach.

If it's a quick fix I'll do it myself. But if not that means a few days at the dealer.

Eric snugged his bumper up, there's some pictures and a quick description of what he did in his thread, hopefully he'll chime in with more details.

Thanks Altair. I must say the bumper snugged up under the headlights like that really looks good. That is one project I intend on doing when it gets warm again.

It's something I've meant to do but keep having to put off due to lack of time or a place/tools to do it. I have a few parts sitting on the shelf at my parents house suffering the same fate currently
