I just got a new toolbox. Been looking for one and this one isn't a perfect fit (overhangs the bed rails a bit), but I'm a sucker for a good price.

Can I see some of yours to help decide if i want to sell it or keep (I have a feeling it's value will drop after drilling holes to secure it)? The only other box we tried that would fit only used about 1" of each side of the bed rail, which didn't look very sturdy.

Looking at bright low profile crossover boxes, but interested in seeing all. did a search, but most of the pics in older threads aren't working. Pics of mine soon . Thanks

 

One of my friends actually got a diamond plate toolbox that was narrower than the bed and bolted it down, surprisingly I think it looks better than most I've seen that are made to fit. I'll have to see if he can send me a picture of it.

Here it is, I think i'm just going to attach it. The other toolbox i can get is much smaller and has sloping sides. this one isn't perfect, but I think I can live with it.

i like that it looks good if i had the extended cab i would get a tool box also
