Default Squeeling noise from front driverside wheel

I noticed last night that I have a new noise. When I turn or even wiggle the wheel (engine on or off), it get a squeeling noise. I am not sure what it is, possibly the ball joint, although I have never heard this out of a BJ. Any Ideas or anyone else had this happen?

Which way do you wiggle the wheel?

By turn you mean spin or like you're making a turn?

If it's the first one I would suspect wheel bearing, second one check your ball joints.
