To clear things up here, this has nothing to do with posting on multiple sites, many people do and nobody has been or will be banned for that. Bashing DF on other sites is certainly not viewed highly but that is not the only reason for his being banned either. It's a combination of many reasons, including his attitude towards the other members (especially newer ones) as of late. There are also other reasons which out of respect for everyone involved and for the sake of people's privacy including Frenchy's I will personally decline to discuss.

Please understand that this is not something which was decided on a whim or without reason. Many of you do not have the whole story, for reasons which I've stated above I cannot fill you in on that but I have no desire to see people banned because somebody doesn't like them or for stupid reasons. If that was the case here I would be outraged by it but it's not, you will have to take my word on that.

If anyone has concerns feel free to contact me via Private Message, I will not go into greater detail on specific reasons but I am willing to answer other questions.

 

BadstratRT and Altair basically covered everything I would have said. In addition to that the constant disregard for the rules and claiming to be the victim didnt help his case either. I have tried numerous times to reason with him and all thats produced is ignorance and childish acts. Hell I was blocked on Facebook several weeks ago because I was "picking on him...", no more than anyone else, no reason either, he just wanted to block me. I just left it be. I didnt really mind, its just the point. Even though we are everyones friend, we have to do our job and keep peace, edit posts when need be, and help others. When this is compromised we have to act. We can't side with you because you are our friend, we have to do what is right for the forum. Frenchy, basically felt that we were singling him out, but he wasnt. He turned into a pompous *** and expected some of us to be ok with it and his outrage on the forum. When you are right you are right, but when your are not we have to come down on you. Cramerica, you basically hit the nail on the head with your last post. We were left with the nothing more than to squash him and his trolling behavior.

I have spoke to some of you through IM and explained some of the minor details that have been left out. I can't explain the legal sides as it is not my place. If anyone wants to chat for further clarfication or what not, you have access to my screename and also my PM box...
