Well....will it?

There is a decent deal on one that came off of a 2004 in the local craigs. Would this fit? If it will fit...how awkward will it look?

I have one that was mounted on an 01 on my 05 clubcab. It is a close enought fit for the 90 bucks i paid. The back is a bit wide, and the front doesn't mate to the cab perfectly, but it keeps the cargo dry and stays put.
