Default Opinion on rims

I have lifted my dakota with the 3 in body lift and am gona also do the 2 in leveling kit. I am wondering about rims and trying to see what you all think if the stock rims were to be painted black except for the ram head in the center cap. This is the rim style http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2005-...Q5fAccessories
I would greatly appreciate any input and any suggestions on a different paint design. Thanks.

Im new to the forum.

I think the rims painted black would look good. Reminds me of the black rockstar rims with silver star in the center.

I was going to try and get my wheels powder-coated. Until I found out they were chromed plastic....

Now I'm on the hunt for black wheels, and that's a challenge as well.

It took 2 coats to get them like that, 4 coats would be darker. They also sell that paint in black.
did you have to get your wheels balanced after the paint?.. i was told if i did it that way i would have to
