I've experienced somewhat harder steering on very cold mornings till the truck warms up a bit, does this ever happen on warmer days or after driving a bit?

ive only noticed it in the cold... has been cold here ir our wonderful state so i dont believe its just our trucks. is there certain power-steering fluid better then others?

I didn't notice the steering until winter began this year and it really started to get cold. But, I drive an hour one way to work and I still notice it by the time I get to work and the truck is nice and warm.
