Just got a kit from hidextra. I'm in the middle of installing it but plug that goes from the hid bulb to the stock bulb connector won't lock into place. Am I doing something wrong?? Please help!!

 

try spinning it around? check the teeth makesure there not bending or one broke off? since its hids ive never liked them because of the tint color... ive parked next to alot of ppl and my silverstars have out beat them at low beams and high beams plus i'll throw on my kc's

 

Well unfortunatley I broke it, but basically same thing as you Eric. But I just finished up and put the housin on and now one of the high beams don't work it worked before I put the housing back on.. Oh well as long as the lows work I'm happy. I had already successfully gotten the polarity right too
