Its nothing more then taking a dreamal to the front mud flap that is the closest to the tire, just used a copying saw and then sanded it with the dremal then a nice little coat of red paint or what ever color matches your truck and your as good as golden.. Cya Slick

Do you think with the 20's I should get wheel spacers? They are on ebay for a good price... Plus it would look pretty neat to have the wheels/tires stick out a little bit, since I'm going street.

I would think spacers would help only with rubbing on the interior. I can't see them helping on the mudflap rub issue. I don't want to trim anything at all, plus I want clearance when the suspension is compressed, so I am getting 265/50/20's. In my opinion, 3/4 or 1 more inch of tire isn't that important.

If your going with a street tire 265/50/20 would be fine because thats the look trucky was going after anyways.. But since I wanted a 4x4 look I love them sticking out of the fender well, I drove them yesterday to work for the first time yesterday 100 mile round trip.. All my buddies at work thought the truck looked tough as hell, you can tell you got some extra meat on the road and boy does it turn heads going down the freeway with those 285/50/20.. By what the computer says I lost one mile per gallon running them new wheels and tires, no big deal.. When I changed my whole truck over to synthetic oils I gained about a mile per gallon so now I am back to where I the truck was stock.. Cya Slick

PS.. Now my buddy at work wants to get his wifes Cherokee the SRT-8 20" wheels LOL I would get them for my wifes cherokee but I know she wont want them
