Default Need help with knock sensor readings from programmer

My new and much cheaper programmer came today. I programmed my truck to the 91 tune with 93 octane, and drove it out to school which is about 30 miles. On the way home I decided to watch some logs. I watched the spark advance deg, knock 1 volt, knock 2 volt, and knock ret deg. The spark advance was nothing suprising. I am questioning what I should be reading with the knock sensors though. At idle, the voltage reads from .2-.3, at full throttle around 1.8 and crusing at 70mph it averages .8 .... are those readings normal? I assume with that little of voltage that those are good readings. And for the knock ret deg, at full throttle, it will sometimes read .5-1.5 only for a couple of seconds. Anything to worry about? It changes from .5 to 1.5 to .5 to 0 within seconds. During normal driving and moderate acceleration it always stays at 0. Thanks for your input.
