Dont feel bad hendrixx324, my truck cant even break loose around a corner any more unless its wet. I could never peel out from a dead stop, but after I got my SC tuner on the stock truck I could fish tail around any corner I wanted with two black streaks left behind, sometimes 30 feet or more long. I could also do nice power stands on any smooth surface, like sealed blacktop parking lots. Now that I got the exhaust though, I lost alot of low end torque. I can stand on the brakes in a dry parking lot and it takes alot of gas to get the tires to start smoking, and it doesnt feel too good for the transmission/torque converter. In a way, I look at it as a good thing. I dont waste rubber and there is no time wasted at the line after I floor it to beat the ricer next to me on a Friday night.

One thing to keep in mind if you ever have a friend with a different truck that can squeal tires, make sure they have a limited slip differential. Its funny to see those burnout marks that only have one tire mark. Im sure I could burn off one of my rear tires with an open diff.

If you do want to lay 2 rows of rubber though, just throw it in reverse and floor it. I can do a good burn out in reverse, no problem.

If a rear wheel drive truck can't do a burnout in reverse, I'd like to inspect it to prove it is not from outer space.
Maybe it's your heavy wheels then hendrix.

i have lighter wheels than the stock ones i think im just hooking up good with these tires for somereaon... they did burnouts easier when they had tread on them.
