The new tire has been installed, along with 4 ounces of Dyna-Beads. PROBLEM SOLVED. There is zero vibration. The shop swapped the tire for free. It was the first time they'd ever seen the Dyna-Beads. After the beads were installed, the tech put it on the balancer just for fun. The results were very erratic. So, It is also confirmed that you can't try to Road Force Balance a tire with Dyna-Beads as I had also read previously. Long story short, Dyna-Beads kick a$$.
