Made in China doesn't necessarily mean the wheels are 'Bad'. It means that cost less but might be of questionable quality. A reputable wheel maker will have specs that must be met by the Chinese maker. The reason I would search for 'Made in America' is pride in my country. I bet lots of you agree with that. It's too bad that lots of components on our trucks and maybe the assembly is done in other countries.
