Default Water Under Carpet on Passenger Side

When I was installing my speaker wiring, I had to lift up the passenger side carpet, and it was SOAKED. Not the carpet itself, but the foam between the carpet and metal. That was a few weeks ago, and now it's starting to penetrate to the carpet. Traced the water to starting in the area of the center console, not upwards towards the glovebox. About to bring it to a shop, but I have no idea what this could be, or if it's even A/C related. Have y'all had any similar problems?

Nope no problems here, I am betting its a vent tube in the HVAC unit, from what you are describing.

Has it been raining? I read on this forum sometime back about water getting in a few DAK's during long or hard rains. If I remember correctly it's some kind of hole around the wiper/firewall area that is the culprit. Somebody with the correct info should pipe in.

I get a water leak when it rains a lot on the passenger side. Luckily I have weathertech floor mats and all the water gets caught. It happened about 3 times, not a lot of water though. I really need to take care of it. I think I read about a drain that gets plugged up somehow.
