Did you verify if your stock values are the same?

Thats correct. The only line that you should see crossing other lines is 2nd prime, which is a gear never used in a standard upshift pattern from a stop, but only in a downshift while already moving.

Yeah, its really not to confusing once you start playing with the numbers and getting the lines to move. It looks like alot, but if you look at the graphs that only have 2 shifts on them, or the graph with just the upshifts, you can tell how it all works.

Yeah, just plug all the numbers in to the excel chart and you should have no problems.
The programmer is set so that you cant stack shifts, but the excel chart helps to see exactly how close the shifts are. Its definetly going to take some time to set up a shifting schedule that I like. The one right now though isnt too bad though.

No, the programmer and excel are completly seperate. I take my laptop in to my truck, and before I actually tune the truck I plug all the numbers from the programmer in to the spreadsheet. But if you didnt want to do the excel spreadsheet, technically you cant mess up your schedule by stacking shifts because the tuner will recognize it. It would be alot harder to set up a schedule though.
