What are your IAT's when it starts pulling timing?

You need to clear out the ECU completely. Do as search here or over at DT for a "Hard Dump" or "Hard Reset". I am too lazy to type it all out again.

It will be the only way to completely clear out the ECU.

Around 125 degrees.

Today I hit 60 miles since the reset and I did a couple of high rpm spurts and the KR never went above 2 degrees and stayed at 0 all the time except for a few times.
