Just installed 77 series cai. I like the sound but are they this loud

yea.. i have the other one thats huge and round and i hear it in the cab and is louder on a cold start. kinda sounds like a supercharger while idling and when flooring it.

Yeah sounds like that even on mild acceleration

I'm happy with it and just did the sc 3815 to the other day way better throttle responce.

Yes they are loud on startup....sucking and such! I love me the 77 Series!
