You know when I first read this I should have caught it, but I just read your last post and I realized you problem. I am pretty sure dex-cool is mostly used in GM Vehicles. Plus, I just verified in the OM...which you should have read it BAD! Anyways this is probably the reason of your downfall!

is introduced into the cooling system in an
emergency, it should be replaced with the specified
coolant as soon as possible.

HOAT means Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT) formulation, its newer and better than OAT (Dex cool) without all the downsides like the sludging up, gasket deterioration, etc. From what I read HOAT will gel up if mixed with another coolant, hence The reason they say if you need to use another coolant in an emergency to get it replaced ASAP. On the up side HOAT has extended life properties and is easier on gaskets and such. Also I understand you can use the normal ethylene glycol after a thorough flushing, you just wont get the life-cycle of HOAT or the protection it offers.

Mopar® Antifreeze/Coolant, 5 Year/100,000 Mile Formula (MS-9769), or the equivalent ethylene glycol base coolant with hybrid organic corrosion inhibitors (called HOAT, for Hybrid Organic Additive Technology) is recommended. This coolant offers the best engine cooling without corrosion when mixed with 50% Ethylene Glycol and 50% distilled water to obtain a freeze point of -37°C (-35°F). If it loses color or becomes contaminated, drain, flush, and replace with fresh properly mixed coolant solution.
