Default Squeal/Squeek coming from rear drum

Alright I'm new here, bought a 2008 Red Quad Cab with 44k Monday Night.

Today I noticed when I pushed the break pedal down, I would hear a squeak, screech or something like that. This even happens with the truck off until the petal becomes drained of fluid. It appears to be coming from rear breaks, almost as if its a spring or something.

Anyone have any ideas? I love the truck, it's amazing but this is aggravating.

Nah, it wont put a damper on things. Just a little annoying, brakes work fine. I just hate showing my new truck off and hearing this.

Im thinking it cant be big, I put some WD-40 on the springs headed into the drums and it didnt work but like you I'm not a brake guy either.

Anyone have any ideas? At worse from stuff I'm googling it appears to need cleaning in the drums?
