Default High Idle Problem: Need Help

Hey guys,
Ever since I installed my polished TB, in nuetral if I would rev the engine, the RPMs would fall and idle at 1200rpm. If I blipped the throttle again, they would fall to normal.
So, I figured it was the IACV since it was dirty but I never cleaned it. I used electronic cleaner and sprayed it out and it cleaned it for the most part.
After resetting the PCM, it still did it. Now I bought a new TPS and a new idle air control and installed them last night. Now, after the truck is warmed up it will idle high at 1200rpm when I put in in park or nuetral at all times. Do I need to calibrate the TPS somehow?
Im all out of ideas. This only started happening after the new throttle body, and it was a brand new gasket between the manifold and TB. I guess the only other option now is to put it back to stock and see if that fixes it. Does it sound like a vacuum leak between the manifold and TB, or the TPS? With the TPS, I noticed if you put it on with the throttle open vs the throttle closed, its possible that there could be two different readings. Any help is appreciated.
