Go 265/75 R16 and pick up a front leveling kit, fits the truck perfectly and has a nice aggressive stance. I have pretty aggressive AT tires on there and the only time they rub is if I'm turning at the right angle and hit a bump.
I am running a real aggressive 255/70/16 Snow/Mud tire and I’ve only noticed about a 1 to 1.5 mpg lost. I really like the look and ride with the tires. They fit great on the stock rims.
Well I finally just ordered some tires. Went with these Khumo 265/75/16s, mostly for the reason that they were cheaper than anything else I can find and actually get pretty good reviews. This is much cheaper than any 265/75/16s I can find locally, and $50 cheaper than tire rack. $444 shipped for all four. Will be under $500 mounted and balanced.

Here is some before and after pictures:

New Tires 255/70/16
Those are awesome tires, Keith! Thanks for the pics! I might have to get a price on those
My winter tires are 265/70/16, they are a good size in my opinion. I'll be buying some new tires before they go on for winter, sticking with the same size.
I was running 265/70/16 on a 2003 QC 4.7 2x4 went to 265/75/16. Speedometer shows 5miles less than speed, tire rubs a little in a sharp left turn, and I get a little less gas mileage. It sets a little higher. Like the way the truck looks and it handle fine

I wonder if the little less gas mileage would correct itself if you take the speedo inaccuracy (and hence perceived miles travelled on a tank of gas) into account?
