Looks good, if it works on chrome rims then I guess there should be no problem doing it on chrome plastic

Home Depot, Lowes and Ace has it in my area. The stuff has been around since at least the '80s but in a liquid form. Used to dip my metal handle tools in the stuff.

It's gotten a big resurgence since they came out with a spray can version.

It's available in about half a dozen colors in the spray, but I've only seen black in stores in my area. You'd have to go online for the colors.

Try Home Depot first, as in my area Ace is over $8 a can, Lowes is $7.95 and Home Depot is $5.88

Silver have you been through a winter with it yet? How is it holding up so far?

So it's pretty much clean and spray? Nothing else? Might do this to my stockers before winter.

I did the rock rails and front grill underneath the bumper, granted it's plastic cladding and not plastic chrome, but I did it months ago and it's still fine. Lot of bugs and sh*t hit that front grill and I'm forever knocking the rock rails. Two coats on each...

Yep, only prep I did was wash it and let it dry. I haven't heard of anyone needing any other prep...

Are those before and after pics hammer? The rails in the first one look lighter?

Yep, before and after... Never was thrilled with the gray cladding on a black Jeep...
