Yup, a true 68.50mm. I put a new gasket behind it with a small amount of vasaline to make a tight seal, and bolted it down.

 

I took it off today. I fooled around with everything possible for 3 hours straight and finally got irritated enough that I put on the old one. I can get a new throttle body on in less than 5 minutes now with all this practice. Im just pissed because now I have a throttle body that I cant use because my truck has an issue somewhere.
