Default Body Lift/Leveling Question..

Where did everybody purchase their leveling kits? What about body lift kits? Wouldn't I be able to use hockey pucks? My cousin has had hockey pucks in his 1 ton ford for 3 years now and has not had any problems with cracking/breaking. There are two at each body point so they are stacked. Would this be a good idea and if so can anybody recommend good hardware to use or point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance....
