Default What brake pads should I get?

Bought some $hitty brake pads from reybestos and i’m tired of cleaning off my rims every week. Looks like crap. Any good and cheap pads out there? I was looking at Hawk and Ebc but haven’t ever bought any. Found a coupon for discbrakepads.net (brakesale-0930-2010) but they seem to only sell Lomandi and I figure that’s probably some china brand. Only $46 bucks. I want something under $60 but quality.

Ceramic is the best if your looking for little brake dust on the rims, but theres a good chance they will eat your rotors.

I have read very good things about EBC Green Stuff, and they can be had for about $70 I believe. They are my next set of pads that I put on the truck ..... unless I do the performance brakes from brakeperformance.com.

does everyone usually go for the premium dimpled/slotted rotors and the ceramic pads? Also, does anyone know if the rear shoes/drums will fit the 05 model (it says it does) but I have read on here that there needs to be some kind of upgrade kit if the truck was made before a certain date (mid-year design change or something like that).
