Definitely check out Lowes if your looking for a toolbox and are on a budget. I think I have the same one as the OP and I love mine. I think it was around the $150 range. It's not a heavy duty box but works well for keeping small stuff from rolling around in the bed.

Anyone know if they make tonneau clamps for the factory utility rails? I still have my old Tonneau Masters flip-up cover that I bought for my 05 Dak and used again on my 07 Dak sitting unused because I can't think of a way to mount it without removing the utility rails on my 2010 Dak.
I checked around online, but no luck finding anything. I am guessing my only option (other than buying a new tonneau cover made to go over the utility rails) is to break-out my calipers, measure the slot in the utility rails and then see how expensive a machine shop would run to make them (I am guessing that would be serious $$$ though.)
