i see yall are talking about upper control arms...can i ask why? are yalls going bad? i got like 50K on my truck knowing how much my father must be driving it right now...so should i be worried about making that 2,000 mile drive to texas in January?

If I were to get mine replaced, I would just do them myself. Nothing more than pulling the wheel of and removing a couple bolts from what I hear.

When we talk about upper control arms, we are talking about the upper ball joint assembly that comes with them. Like any component that moves, they wear out over time. Ive already had both lowers replaced, so the uppers along with struts will probably be next.

The only reason mine whent bad is because i was being a stupid teanager and was doing donuts and stuff. rengnath I am doing it myself. I go to an automotive tech school so i have acces to the garage
