Ill keep that in mind, Eimer. Install is really a breeze on these things; under 20 minutes with a easy-to-remove CAI.

Im throwing it on the truck one more time and going to get the PCM flashed to see if that does the trick. I have a lot of money in the "bored throttle body" mod for my truck and I really want to have one. It adds some nice throttle response and top end.

Wednesdays are my day to play with the truck. I can have the garage to myself since I have off of school and work in the morning. I never turn down someone coming over to work on cars.

If I cant get a flash to solve the problem, I have a feeling its a vacuum leak ..... I just cant find the damn thing. I have flooded my engine compartment with propane, soaked everything in any flammable aeresol spray .... and nothing.

I've heard those headlights are of quite crappy quality, especially for the price.

From the picture of the lights they look to be the same halo projector lights you can find elsewhere on ebay which makes me suspect that the projectors in them are designed for halogen bulbs and not HID. Looking at the light output pictures all but confirms this for me, it won't be anywhere near the quality of light output or the beam pattern of OEM HID systems. Just something to be aware of, unfortunately the only way to get a proper HID setup in our trucks is to do the work custom yourself so far as I know.

Ok cool. I need new ones cause I jacked mine up painting the inside black, they're still functional and don't leak or anything, but I know they look like **** and I can't take it.
