I recently purchased a chrome gas door and I cannot get the d#$m factory door off. After my manual effort, I used a power screwdriver, and after I stripped the screws I bought that grab-it drill attachment (which claims to be able to remove any damaged screw) but those screws snapped it in half. I feel like a fool not being able to get these things off but does anyone know any tricks....Wd 40 failed as well.

Me, I'd try to grind down one side of the screw w/ a Dremil then use a pair of visegrips.
