Not to be presumptuous, but here's something I threw together quick. It may be a bit more detailed than what you had in mind tho...

(attachment is tiny because I can't delete freakin' pics from other posts...little help there mods?)

If you use photobucket, you wont have this problem.

Wouldn't need photobucket if a mod would inform me how to delete attachments from old posts no longer in use. My control panel doesn't even give me a 'delete' option for 4 old attachments which keeps me right under my max quota...
