Default 8.25 Rear Gears

Where can I find gears for the 8.25'' rear end I want to swap them with 3.90 or 4.10 gears to make up for the 33'' tires and slow V6

Our trucks with the 8.25" rear end come with 29 spline axles.

Would you use the same kit for the front and rear?

No, all of our trucks come with a 8" IFS front differential. The option in the rear is between the 8.25" and 9.25". Which is interesting to me....the TRX4's should come with the 9.25" rear end...and Dodgetrucker's rear diff is a 8.25"...interesting.

I got the 9.25. Going from a 3.55 to a 3.90 or a 4.10 would do what for me? (and which would be better, if either?) and what exactly do you have to replace? Just the ring and pinion? Never been in the differential before. (was going to say never been in the rear end before, but someone would have a field day with that.....lol)
