Default high pitch squeal

Hey guys;

Got a very weird sound coming from what sounds like the mid to rear of the truck. First off, I only hear this sound when driving slowly like in my parking garage at home or work, or when driving slowly on a street. I get this high pitch squeal as if the truck is rocking just a little. It seems to be coming from the mid rear to rear. It is hard to isolate because I am inside the truck.

I think this noise happens when the truck is rocking ever so slightly.

I have another issue, but will post in a separate post as I doubt its related.

I will try tonight to grab a sound clip inside my parking garage while driving to my parking spot. The echo is usually loud enough to make it more than audible from inside the truck.

U-joint, wheel bearing, or possible just the fuel pump that you are hearing (fuel pump is on the gas tank.

Does it stop if you apply the brakes?
