Thanks guys. I'm probably going to dig in this weekend. Perhaps a graphite or silicone lube in the track will do it.

The windows go down quick enough so I would think its not the motor.

 

Yeah, whatever they replaced was causing enough drag to make the window go slow. The service procedure I read said nothing out removing the motor or the window; just the tracks/mouldings or whatever the window travels in.

 

Driver window here. Since it has been in the teens here it is truly slower than molasses. It has been getting slower over this whole year, but the cold is making very slow. Passenger side works like a champ.

 

Trade for an ST Model with the manual window winders!!

 

If you have manual winders, just remove the handle and use a dewalt drill. Make it a cordless one and thatll make it even classier

I had problems with both front and back passenger side. I took it to the dealer for warranty fix and while the front seems OK now, the rear is REALLY bad. It is slow and seems to tilt now. If I remember I might take it back tomorrow morning. I work during the hours they are open except Saturday and always forget to take it back until about lunch time (they close at noon on Saturday!)
