Default truxport velcro toneau

okay, I recieved my truxport bed cover, the roll up style with velcro rails, intalled easy, looks good.
When on the freeway i notice that some air still builds up under the cover, the part closest to the cab rises a couple of inches, while the part near the tailgate goes down. I take it this is normal?

I have not noticed that with mine. Mine shakes a bit, but that is to be expected with a soft cover. I have probably the same cover, Truxedo Truxport.

I don't know what cover you had, but the Truxedo covers will not fly like the flag, they are securely attached at the sides and rear of the bed.

how much of the weatherstrip in the end covers your tailgate? The front of my bed is a bit(too say the least) bowed, so I had to run the cover quite a bit twords the cab so as to cover the whole back of the front bed rail. The rear weatherstrip still does cover about 1/2 inch of the tailgate, so I am guessing I am okay

I didn't stick any weather strip onto the tailgate. It has stayed dry, so I never felt the need to stick that strip on. I'm not sure how far the cover extends over the tailgate though.

Mine does that I have the extang blackmax. I read about that quirk in the reviews, it kinda balloons up in the front a couple inches. I'm not worried about it because everyone says thats what this one does. I'm thinking it's the vacuum created in that part of the bed at highway speeds pulling it up rather than air under it.
