Question ABS Hub Asembly work on non ABS?

I have a 2005 Dakota SLT 4wd V8... My front bearing went so I purchased ABS hub assemblies. When I tried to replace my hub it was seized on the knuckle. I tried everything to get it off. Spent 2 full days messing with it. I am waiting for a used knuckle to come in since I gave up. In the mean time I noticed that the Hub's on the truck are non ABS. Will the ABS hub's I bought still work?

yes it will, i just purchased 2 non abs hub assem, fron napa. 159.00 each. 3 yr, 45000 mile warrenty, the hubs are the same, only thing is you will need to zip tie the cord out of the way, or return the and save money by getting the 2 wheel abs hubs

I got these on Ebay so I can't take them back. But got a good deal $100 each shipped, They are the Timken. Would had been a better deal if I got the right ones.

Thanks for letting me know
