do any of you guys that had to replace the rack still have the old one? or does anyone have any pics or can get some pics of the inner tie rod under the boot? and if the joint is threaded on can someone measure the thread pitch for me?

you are about a week too late with this question, just did a rack in an 06 at work but had to return the core! will try to get another this weekend

 

sweet! let me know if you do ill swing by the shop and check it out....need to make some notes for my extended steering.

i make no promises that i can get another, no i work at one of the local goodyears. if i cant get one i will try and call one of our vendors to see if they know the specs
