I believe that is an eagle, with light up eyes that come on with the parking lamps...

Never weighted it, but the winch box says it weighs 68lbs and I can lift the bumper myself and put it on the mounts, so I'm thinking around 120ish { I'm weak} It's all made out of 3/16 steel and the mount that bolts to the truck and were the winch sits is 1/4" .

Eyes light up when the park lights come on. I like eagles so the wife bought it for me for Xmas. It's for a front fender of a Harley bike. I made a base the shape of the hood and bolted it on. The hardest part was drilling the first hole in the hood.

Not to sure. Bought a 4x8 3/16" plate of steel { $ 200.00} so I could rebuild the bucket on my tractor, did that built this bumper and still have a piece about 2'x3' left over, had the round stock already bent for a different project { never done}, 1/4" plate steel and 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 angle for winch mount place, already had, roll of 0.30 welding wire $ 15.00 on sale, had the stick welding rods given to me, like 60/70 pds of them, my time, 4 days just working along, all hand fabed, no templates, 5" heavy ribbed ducting { from where I work, constuction } for my stock driving lights, some oxy/acet torch cutting I had. End product, PRICLESS !!!
As you can tell I collect metal pieces as I'm always fixing something on the hobby farm.

I own a 4x4 cause I hunt and fish. Hunting the winch helps me get my shot game to the road and sometimes out of mud holes, gets me back in to the lakes where hardly no goes, so I like a winch on my truck. I have a 4x4 to use as a 4x4, not a concrete princes that never sees dirt { apologies} Yes , I try to keep my truck nice and upgrades and not what, but I need it very reliable, cause back in the middle of nowere, there's only me, my truck and my winch.
