Default brake question

I'm ordering new pads and rotors today from brakeperformance and was wondering if there's a big difference between their best the slotted and dimpled vs the cross drilled and slotted. Also is It worth the extra for the best pads? I tow alot And have big mud tires and need the best stopping power I can get!

I got the dimpled and slotted rotors and the semi-metallic pads. I like them they are a good bit better than stock. I've had them for about 3 weeks

imo it's more about the pads than the rotor. Nothing wrong with the factory rotors for me, just get a good set of ceramic pads.
