I ended up getting rid of my SC 3865 after about a year. The engine tuning itself worked fine for the most part, but I had other issues with the transmission tuning.

When I initially isntalled the trans control, I had issues with the torque management settings not saving and there being weird numbers in their place. I contacted superchips, who then set up an update for me to try to correct the problem. After the update, my truck would not run, nor could I even go back to stock on my tuning. Completely put my truck out of commision. I ended up having to overnight my PCM and tuner to them to have them fix the issue.

After I got it back the truck ran again and the torque management issue was fixed, but I was never able to get the truck to respond to shift points that I set correctly. I spent hours upon hours trying to get it to work, using the excel files to compare with stock, looking at other people schedules, etc...and was never able to correct it. I was tired of it and wrote it off and set the truck back to stock trans settings. Eventually I just sold the tuner. It seems there aren't many people who've had issues with them, so I wouldnt base a purchase off of my account completely. They did inform me that I had an odd firmware on my PCM which is was caused the TM issue, so I'm not sure what else was going on that caused the problems, but I decided to no longer deal with it, and moved on.
