Yesterday the prices were in effect. Whenever Amazon prices drop, you gotta jump on them. I ordered a Airaid CAI (#300-175) a few months back for $144, and just after I ordered it, the price shot up to $266. You gotta pull that trigger fast!

No quality system will be found for under $400, IMO. If you plan on keeping the truck for more than 3 years, dont do material of a lower grade than T-409 stainless. IMO, you are safest with Magnaflow, as it sounds good and isnt loud. Flowmaster is pretty obnoxious ..... but to each their own.

Looks like it's the regular price anywhere right now. Dual (#16622) regularly goes for $580-$590, and single (#16621) regularly goes for about $540. You have to just keep checking around, I know amazon has a good sale price quite often.

Check muffler shops too. I went to go get my MBRP installed (I spend $520 for the system and $100 for install) and the shop asked why I just order one from them. I stated I wanted a premade, mandrel-bent system, and they told me they wouldve ordered on for me at cost. It wouldve been $400 from the shop for it, and then the $100 to install it.

magnaflow has different types as well but flowmasters website does a much better job of explaining what each model does and has sound clips, magnaflow just offers theirs up without much description on what each model does different from another (at least that I could find). I have heard that the longer the muffler, the less the interior resonance...
