Anyone have a CarFax account?

I have a VIN that I would like to run, but before I pay to have a carfax run, I was wondering if anyone had a carfax account. So, does anyone? (or know anyone with one?)

Theres a dealer here in WI that always advertises on TV that they will run any car for free because they are there to service the customer. Lol. Let me see if I can dig it up.
