Post regular or mid grade fuel

hey everyone. relitively new to df, and just got my truck @ the end of march i think. now i know our trucks arent exactly amazing on gas, but i was wondering if switching to midgrade fuel would give me much better milage. lots of people i know do this and say they end up gaining more mpg which in turn makes the price of fuel offset.
any opinions on this.

ps. i have the 2010 3.7 v6.

i'd rather just run a good name brand regular fuel cause if the more expensive fuel gives better mileage wouldnt it kinda be the same as running regular fuel.

Yeah I agree with Cheeseburger.

Switching between grades of gas won't do much for you( unless your engine NEEDS to run a minim octane grade)

There are a couple of things you can do for gas efficiency, like a bed cover, good tire pressure etc...

Im sure someone did a thread on MPGs already.
