it's made by Wade, model 72-14001, got it off amazon. right now they have it $15 less than I paid for it two weeks ago. this is a really good price! It is mounted with 3m tape.

ya i no where i doing that but for the intake itself do i need the vac line

run the exhaust gas return line to a catch can. There isnt a vac line on the intake pipe.
