LOL. i accidently picked up the phone w.o looking who called.

i then called the sales manager (the actualy nice guy) and explained to him my issues with the rear main seal, and why i took the core charge. hes going to call me back. I ask him to negotiate a price with me for my hellatious troubles.

i was told the reason why it took so long to ship was b.c they replaced the seals in the first place. guess not.

They technically cant do anything to do you. Its $250 right? Tell them to call their lawyer if they want it back. They wont even waste their time (plus, small claims court is for matters dealing with $500 or more).
