Default Sold my 3815 tuner

Neighbor bought it for 100.00, didn't need it anymore and got tired of it collecting dust, but when we went to download a tune, it wouldn't take it, kept saying updating tuner, Come to find out, superchips changed there system and we had to uninstall the program that I hadn't used in a year and update to the new system. Its been so long since I used it and superchips is changing the software, so if anyone see's they are having issues while updating tuner, you need to uninstall the easy updater, reregister with superchips, and download the updated version, totaly different screen from before. thats it, happy motoring

superchips has to be the most UN userfriendly company I have ever dealt with. every time i have a problem and call them they act like I'm bothering them. the superchips program is a POS. Who makes computer programs these days that you can't use wireless to update or communicate? Ridiculous....

Default Un-Friendly Superchip Support

Absolutely agree - Superchip Support is the worse ever. In all cases - don't waste time email-ing or calling the support line and talking to the so called tech's. Ask for the Manager right off.... (It will save you tons of time and continually repeating the problem.)
