Default Rear End and Tranny Service

All right guys time for some service. Im going to change the fluid in the rear end, i have the smallest one for the dakotas (forget the size) and was wondering if there is a gasket or do they just use a gasket maker? thisll be the first time that i actually take the cover off. also i have the getrag six speed manual transmission. i need to change the fluid out of it. i know how to do it but a lil confused on which plug is the fill plug. on the driver side of the tranny it has two plugs one higher than the other and not sure which plug i need to use. any info would be awesome. thanks

i have dodge do mine every 30000 miles, much easier to have them do it, instead of spilling fluid all over the place, and remember to take a look at the c-clip in there and make sure it is still holding, if that falls out while driving, it will shatter the spider gears and other things.
