Well I just did my bumper covers yesterday. Took about 45 mins.

Don't attempt this drunk, the clips will be extra annoying to take off

The tools:

First I removed the bumber cover by ducking under the car and pushing each clip up. You do NOT need to remove the 4 bolts on the bumper, only the clips.
Here is what it looks like after removal and a little cleaning:
