Default wiring off road lights

iv got a set of offroad lights that i have mounted behind my grill. all iv done so far though is ground them and havent had the time to wire them. It is a $30 kit off of harborfright that i believe jkeaton recommended to me but i spent about another $20 on some nice h3 bulbs. anyways, iv got a long red wire, a blue wire, and a switch. Whats the easiest way for me to get these running?

I'm guessing the red wire is power and blue a trigger switch so they can come on when you turn on let's say your foglights.

but i'm just taking a guess, didn't the lights come with some sort of wiring diagram?

I strongly recommend a relay or at least a fuse in there somewhere....

That is what I did except I have an inline fuse in between the battery to the switch.

You want a fuse within a foot of the lead coming off of the battery if thats the route you want to take. If something shorts down the line, you can have some major issues including an electrical fire, but the fuse can prevent that from happening.
