I bedlined my stock grill and it has held up very well. Helps that it is very easy to touch up.

That bently style grill its available from numerous places....seems like they all have issues with the paint chipping/ peeling...

Ummm...I could be wrong here, but maybe before something like that happens, or if you strip and repaint the whole thing, add several clear coats? Plus, when you apply your primer, make sure you use the right kind that is compatible with plastic and rough it up so it sticks well?

I also have the Bently style black grille and it has chipped in one spot, in less than two months. I will be sanding it down and repainting properly. I really can't complain as I figured for $75.00 shipping included I wasn't getting a first quality product. I acheived the look I was looking for without ruining my stock grille. Either way painting was going to be involved.

Yeah I'm thinking about doing what ODXBeef did and just using bed liner on it.

I retract my last statement. the POS chipped/flaked off today. and a good size to. Was pressure washing the 1/4 of bugs stuck to it and the bumper off. (not any worse then the auto one) got home and ripped that POS off and put my stock chrome one back on. (I remember AFTER I removed it I had to cut 4 of the 6 top bolt things off before when I removed it) Jerry Rigged me up some with the ones that broke on the bently one and the holder part from the old one.

Old grille back on
