Default heated seat installation

I got a heated seat kit for my 2011 Dakota from Katzskin and am wondering where the best place is to connect to switched power. The fuse block under the hood has 2 fuses for heated seats a 10A and a 20A (#56 & #58). Anyone know if there is a plug or terminal under the dash anywhere where I can connect?

Probably, my power seat cable runs under the center console. Bought used so no idea if it's stock power seat or "aftermarket".
